Working contract and manager contract

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis called Employment and management contract is structurally divided to the three chapters except for introduction and conclusion. The basic concepts are define by investigator that has affected to employment, for example flexibility of labor law and contract system of labor law. The work describes legal framework of the employment contract and refers to its form and content requirements in separate chapter. In the following part of this work focuses on the management agreement, which has a specific position in the labor law. The work refer to special character management contract that has concluded by Labor code and Commercial code.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca z názvom Pracovná a manažérka zmluva je štrukturálne členená okrem úvodu a záveru na tri kapitoly. Riešiteľ definuje základne pojmy, ktoré zasahujú do pracovného pomeru a to flexibilita pracovného práva a zmluvný systém pracovného práva. V samostatnej kapitole vymedzuje právny rámec pracovnej zmluvy a poukazuje na jej formálne a obsahové náležitosti. V nasledujúcej časti tejto práce sa zameriava na manažérsku zmluvu, ktorá má špecifické miesto v pracovnom práve. Poukáže sa na osobitný charakter manažérskej zmluvy uzavretej podľa Zákonníka práce a obchodného zákonníka.
