Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegální práce. V teoretické části práce shrnuje základní pojmy a rizika spojené s nelegálním zaměstnáním. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of illegal work. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the basic concepts and risks associated with illegal employment. The practical part of the thesis analyses the development in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.
