Work Obstacles on the Side of Employer
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze právní úpravy překážek v práci na straně zaměstnavatele v právní úpravě České republiky a následné komparaci s právní úpravou tohoto institutu na Slovensku. Část práce je též věnována související judikatuře v rozhodovací praxi soudů.
Abstract:
Objective thesis is focused on analysis of legal obstacle regulations in work on the side of employer in the Czech Republic legal regulation and subsequent comparison with legal regulation of this institute in the Slovak Republic. A part of objective thesis is dedicated to the related jurisdiction in decision-making practice of courts.
