Abstract:
Téma mé Diplomové práce se týká porovnání a analýzy systémů hodnocení a řízení pracovního výkonu ve dvou nadnárodních společnostech. V době neustálého zvyšování konkurence na trzích, tlaku na snižování nákladů a zvyšování produktivity, se pro podniky stává řízení a hodnocení pracovního výkonu jednou z významných oblastí, kde mohou dosáhnout vyšší efektivity.
Abstract:
The topic of my diploma thesis concerns the comparison and analysis of systems evaluation and performance management in two multinational companies. At the time constant increasing competition in the markets, pressure to reduce costs and increase productivity for business management becomes a performance appraisal one of the important areas where they can achieve higher efficiency.
