Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit příčiny ovlivňující výši ztratného při prodeji cukrárenských výrobků ve firmě Lagarto Group, s. r. o., a navrhnout opatření k minimalizaci ztrát. V rámci bakalářské práce jsou analyzována sekundární data poskytnutá společností, a to evidence ztratného, tržeb a marže.
