Cílem této bakalářské práce je posoudit, zda je Bitcoin vhodným zákonným platidlem. Teoretická část slouží jako podklad, který pomáhá pochopit finanční a kryptoměnový sektor. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to assess whether Bitcoin is a suitable legal tender. The theoretical part serves as a basis that helps to understand the financial and cryptocurrency sector.
