Psyche as one of the conditions of successful shooting in biathlon

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá biatlonovou střelbou. V teoretické části se zabývám analýzou psychické stránky střelby a vysvětlením (objasněním) vybraných pojmů vztahujících se k psychologii střelby v biatlonu. V analytické části je předložen výzkum zaměřený ve své první části na zjištění osobnostní charakteristiky testovaných osob, ve druhé části je měřena úroveň koncentrace pozornosti krátce před závody a také subjektivní prožitky a stavy krátce před závody a po závodech.

Abstract:

My work deals with a biathlon shooting. The theoretical part of this work deals with an analysis of psychological aspects of shooting and an explanation of terms refering to the shooting psychology in biathlon. In the analytic part we find a research, which is focused in its first part on finding of personality characteristic of tested persons, in the second part the level of concentration shortly before the competition and also subjective experiences, psychological state before and after the competition are measured.
