Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce přináší teoretické poznatky z oboru kriminalistické balistiky. Práce ve svém úvodu popisuje historický vývoj světové a vnitrostátní balistiky. Klíčová část práce je věnována popisu balistické stopy s využitím metod analýzy a syntézy od nalezení stopy, přes zajištění, až po její zkoumání s následným využitím ve znaleckém posudku či odborném vyjádření v průběhu celého trestního řízení. Práce poukazuje na nezastupitelnou roli balistických expertů v rámci vyšetřování trestných činů spáchaných s využitím střelné zbraně. Závěrečná část práce se zaobírá aktuální úpravu a změnami v zákoně o střelných zbraních a střelivu.

Abstract:

This thesis brings theoretical knowledge from the field of criminalistic ballistics. The thesis describes in its introduction the historical development of world and national ballistics. A key part of the thesis is devoted to the description of the ballistic trace using methods of analysis and synthesis from finding the trace, to securing it, to its examination with subsequent use in expert opinion during the whole criminal proceedings. The thesis points to the irreplaceable role of ballistics experts in the investigation of crimes committed with the use of a firearm. The final part of the thesis deals with the current regulation and changes in the law on firearms and ammunition.
