The status of foreigners in the Czech Republic for entry into the business under the Trade Licensing Act focusing on Vietnamese community

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování jednoho z vysoce aktuálních témat, kterým je pobyt a podnikání občanů Vietnamské socialistické republiky, jako jistý společenský a hospodářský fenomén současné doby v České republice (dále také „ČR“). Jedním z hlavních východisek a současně cílů práce je komplexní zhodnocení pozice cizinců, v tomto případě Vietnamců, při vstupu do podnikání v ČR podle Živnostenského zákona v celkovém historickém kontextu, včetně vývoje podmínek podnikání ve Vietnamské socialistické republice. Tomu byla podřízena struktura a obsah jednotlivých kapitol. V teoretické části je popsán legislativní proces v oblasti živností od roku 1990 v ČR a základní charakteristika Vietnamu z pohledu vývoje migrace Vietnamců na naše území od padesátých let minulého století do současnosti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na srovnání praktických aspektů podnikání vietnamského občana v jeho mateřské zemi a v České republice. Uplatněný analytický přístup a jeho výsledky vedou k poznání, které je široce využitelné při výkonu mého současného povolání i pro potřeby jiných oblastí výzkumu dané problematiky.

Abstract:

The subjekt matter of the bachelor´s dissertation is a processing of one of the topical issues that is a stay and an entrepreneurship of people from Vietnam Socialist Republic as a certain social and economical phenomenon in the Czech Republic (CR) of today. One of the main wals out and at the same time the dissertation target is a comprehensive assessment of foreigners´position entering to business in CR in accordance with Czech Trade Law in an overall historici kontext including a development of business conditions in the Vietnam Socialist Republic. The composition and the kontent of individual chapters are submitted to the above isme. The theoretical part describes the legislative process in the trade/samll business sphere since the 1990s in CR. Basic feature sof Vietnam from the point of view of the Vietnamese migration to our country since the 1950s to now be described as well. The practical part of the dissertation is focused to the comparison of real business aspekt of a Vietnamese entrepreneur in his home country and in the Czech Republic. The used analytical access and its results go to a cognition that is widely applicable in my current job performance and for Leeds of other research area sof the given isme as well.
