Methodology of identity management implementation combining local resources and cloud resources with emphasis on setting security policy related to identities.

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodikou implementace nasazení hybridního cloudu pro propojení lokálního zdroje a cloudového zdroje s bezpečnostním ověřením identit. Cílem práce je realizovat nasazení hybridního cloudu Azure od společnosti Microsoft, kde se pro realizace používá aplikace Azure AD Connect na Windows serveru 2019 společně s potřebnými funkcemi na straně serveru. Důležitou části práce je popsání autentizačních metod jako AD FS, PHS, PTA, MFA a AD Identity Protection pro ověření identit uživatelů. Následně je sepsán pracovní postup, který bude sloužit jako příručka pro střední podniky. Součástí práce je rešerše týkající se Cloud Computingu a jeho rozdělení a dalších služeb jako například: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. Teoretický segment popisuje již zmíněný Cloud Computingu a jeho rozdělení v podobě Hybridního cloudu, Public cloudu a Private cloudu a typy cloudových služeb.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the methodology of implementing a hybrid cloud deployment to connect an on-premises resource and a cloud resource with identity security authentication. The aim of the thesis is to implement the deployment of Azure hybrid cloud from Microsoft, where Azure AD Connect on Windows server 2019 is, used for the implementation along with the necessary server side features. The important part of the thesis is to describe the authentication methods like AD FS, PHS, PTA, MFA and AD Identity Protection to verify the identities of the users. Subsequently, a workflow is written which will serve as a guide for medium enterprises. The thesis includes research on Cloud Computing and its distribution and other services such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS. The theoretical segment describes the aforementioned Cloud Computing and its division in the form of Hybrid cloud, Public cloud and Private cloud and types of cloud services.
