Advantages and Disadvantages of Epidural Analgesia During Labour

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje výhodám a nevýhodám epidurální analgezie v průběhu porodu. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit komplikace u matky a plodu během porodu a po něm po podání epidurální analgezie. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit délku I. doby porodní po epidurální analgezii. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je rozebrána epidurální analgezie po všech stránkách, indikace a kontraindikace k podání, její složení, vliv jednotlivých analgetik na matku a plod a způsob aplikace. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky výzkumného šetření, které, zjišťováno jakým způsobem byla epidurální analgezie podána, zda byly použity opioidy, komplikace vzniklé při podání v I., II. době porodní nebo po porodu plodu, komplikace u plodu a novorozence. Výsledná data byla získána pomocí statistické analýzy a následně graficky zpracována do tabulek a grafů. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno v Nemocnici Valašské Meziříčí a.s.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dealing with advantages and disadvantages of epidural analgesia during labour. The goal of this thesis is to find out the complications in mother and the fetus during the labour after the application of epidural analgesia. The other goal is to find out the in the length of first stage of labour after application of epidural analgesia. The theoretical part is focused on ways on analgesia, history of analgesia in obstetrisc and epidural analgesia. The indications and contra indications of application of epidural analgesia, the consistence, influence of individual components on mother fetus and the newborn and methods of application of epidural analgesia. In the practical part is taken a research about women who delivered their baby with an epidural analgesia. The main conditions for the research were complications, duration of the labour, way of aplication and the consistance of the analgesia. The dates are taken by the analysis of statistical data, which are compiling by graph. The research has been realized in Hopital in Valašské Meziříčí.
