Abstract:

Bakalářská práce byla orientována na problematiku perinatální ztráty z pohledu ženy. Cílem práce bylo zjistit zkušenosti českých žen s perinatální ztrátou. V teoretické části byly shrnuty aktuální poznatky o této problematice zaměřující se na péči o ženu s perinatální ztrátou, rituály rozloučení, upomínky, proces truchlení a prevenci komplikací. Výzkumná část byla zpracována formou kvalitativního výzkumu za pomoci polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo šest žen, které mají zkušenost s perinatální ztrátou v České republice. Na základě analýzy rozhovorů byly zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. Perinatální ztráta je pro všechny ženy traumatizujícím zážitkem. Potřebují profesionální a lidskou péči zdravotníků, především porodních asistentek, založenou na individualitě každé ženy a uspokojování nejen fyzických ale i psychických potřeb. Jako důležité se ukázaly rituály rozloučení a upomínky. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že v České republice není standardem tyto rituály ženám poskytovat.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis was focused on the issue of perinatal loss from the point of view of a woman. The aim was to find the experience of Czech women with perinatal loss. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge of this issue focusing on the care of woman with perinatal loss, farewell rituals, reminders, the proces of grief and the prevention of complications. The research part was elaborated in the form of qualitative research using semi-structured interviews. The research file consisted of six women with experience of perinatal loss in the Czech Republic. Based on the analysis of the interviews, research questions were answered. Perinatal loss is a traumatic experience for all women. They need the professional and human care by medical staff, especially midwives, based on the individuality of each woman and the satisfaction of physical and mental needs. Rituals of farewells and reminders proved to be important. The research shows, that in the Czech Republic these rituals are not offered to women as a standard.
