Diplomová práce zpracovává téma právní úpravy staveb k vodohospodářským melioracím pozemků. Cílem práce je vymezit samotný pojem staveb k vodohospodářským melioracím pozemků a blíže představuje jejich rozdělení. The thesis deals with legal regulation of land amelioration. The objective is to define the legal term land ameriolation structure and introduce its division in bigger detail. The thesis researchs ownership and control regime of land amelioration structure including its relationship to land or another structure.
