Tato práce pojednává o počátcích, vývoji a současnosti pražského houslařství a jeho největších osobnostech. Praha byla vždy významným kulturním centrem v srdci Evropy a nejinak je tomu v oboru houslařství. Nástroje pražských houslařů jsou žádané po celém světě a dělají tak čest našim domácím mistrům. This thesis deals with the origins, development and present state of violin making in Prague and its most important personalities. Prague has always been an important cultural center in the heart of Europe, and it is the same in the field of violin making.
