The Project of Adjusting the Costing System in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá úpravou kalkulačního systému ve vybrané společnosti a je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je věnována zpracování poznatků týkajících se oblasti nákladů a kalkulací. Následující praktická část je nejprve zaměřena na představení společnosti, její základní ekonomické výsledky, analýzu nákladů a analýzu současného kalkulačního systému. Na základě provedených analýz jsou identifikovány nedostatky a je navrženo projektové řešení na úpravu kalkulačního systému. Součástí diplomové práce je posouzení přínosů, rizik, nákladů a časového hlediska daného projektu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the adjustment of the calculation system in a selected company and is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to the processing of knowledge related to costs and calculations. The following practical part is first focused on the introduction of the company, its basic economic results, cost analysis, and analysis of the current calculation system. Based on the performed analyzes, shortcomings are identified and a project solution for the modification of the calculation system is proposed. Part of the thesis is an assessment of benefits, risks, costs, and time of the project.
