Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou skladování a přidružených manipulačních procesů ve vybrané společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zlepšení současného stavu s co nejmenším dopadem na vybranou společnost a dobou návratnosti investice do jednoho roku. This Bachelor's thesis analyses the selected company's storage and associated handling processes. The main objective is to propose measures leading to the improvement of the current state with minimal impact on the selected company and a return on investment within one year.
