Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá návrhem zavazadlového prostoru pro vlaky s využitím přírodních kompozitních materiálů, které mají v dopravním průmyslu stále větší využití. Tento trend je dán zvyšujícími se nároky na ochranu životního prostředí, minimalizaci emisí vznikajících při výrobě, recyklovatelnost materiálů a v neposlední řadě také na cenu materiálu. V aplikační části jsem se zaměřil na volbu výrobních technologií pro jednotlivé komponenty včetně ekonomického zhodnocení a porovnání výhod a nevýhod využití vláken juty oproti skelným vláknům. Práce také obsahuje grafický návrh řešení s využitím modelovacího programu Solid Edge ST6 od firmy Siemens, s.r.o.

Abstract:

This thesis is involving in design of a trunk for trains with usage of natural composite materials that have got a significant increase of usage in transport industry. This trend is determined by an increasing number of requierements about saving the environment and reducing dangerous emissions from the manufacturing, recyclability of materials and at last but not least a price of those materials. The application part of this thesis is focused on production technologies for each of components including economic results and a comparision of advanteges and disadvanteges in usage of jute fiber and glass fiber. Thesis also includes a grafic desing of stated solution, for which I used modelling software Solid Edge ST6 by company Siemens L.t.d.
