Tato práce se v rámci projektu CACTU zabývá výzkumem metod efektivnější výroby směsí ethylesterů mastných kyselin (FAEE) z lokálně dostupných odpadních mastných kyselin, např. odpadních potravinářských a kafilerních tuků a olejů. This thesis investigates, within the CACTU project, methods for more efficient production of fatty acid ethyl ester (FAEEs) blends from locally available waste fatty acids such as waste food and rendering fats and oils.
