Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o platné právní úpravě vztahující se k oplocování, resp. se zabývá otázkou zřizování plotů, a to jak v rovině soukromoprávní, tak v rovině veřejnoprávní. Věnuje se vymezení pojmu „plot“ z hlediska jeho právní povahy, dále situacím, kdy je v právním řádu České republiky zakotvena výslovná povinnost plot zřídit či naopak zákaz pozemek oplocovat. This thesis concerns legislation in force related to fencing, more precisely it deals with the legal aspects of fencing from a perspective of both private and public law.
