Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce shromažďuje informace o hudebním stylu Funk jako multifunkčního fenoménu populární hudby a jazzu. Jednotlivé kapitoly jsou věnovány hudební kultuře na území Spojených států, hudebním stylům s přímým vlivem na vznik a vývoj funku, historickému kontextu vzniku funku a hlavním znakům funkové hudby, substylům funku a tvorbě jednotlivých kapel, včetně České republiky.

This diploma thesis contains round-up of music style Funk as a multifunctional phenomenon of pop music and jazz.
