Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Okresní akční výbor Národní fronty Hodonín“ pojednává o okolnostech vzniku, vývoje, činnosti a postupného úpadku OAV NF Hodonín. Pomocí analýzy dostupných pramenů se snaží přiblížit a zachytit, jak konkrétně vypadal a probíhal proces vzestupu a úpadku OAV v Hodoníně, který byl jako významné průmyslové město plné dělníků, silnou baštou KSČ v jinak převážně agrárním a nábožensky zaměřeném regionu. Práce bude čerpat z dostupných archivních pramenů, které jí poslouží jako primární zdroj informací k analýze. První část práce představí metodologii a povahu pramenů. Druhá předestře obecný úvod do kontextu a prostředí Národní fronty a Akčních výborů. Další část stručně představí samotné město Hodonín, jeho historii a specifika. Následně se bude hlavní část práce věnovat právě okolnostem vzniku, historii činnosti a příčinám úpadku Okresního akčního výboru Národní fronty Hodonín, které si klade za cíl zmapovat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis „the District Action Task Force of the National Front Hodonín“ analyzes the circumstances of the creation, developement, impact and eventual decline of DATF of the National Front Hodonín. Using the available sources, the thesis attempts to explain how exactly the rise and fall of DATF in Hodonín happened. Hodonín was an important industrial city with a strong worker class, making it a strong bastion for the Communist party in an otherwise agricultural and religious region. The thesis will use available information archives as its primary source for the subsequent analysis. The first segment will introduce relevant methodology and the nature for these sources. The second segment will present the general introduction into the context and expertise of organizations like District Action Task Forces and National fronts. The segment following that will present basic information about the city of Hodonín itself, its history and specific features. The main body of the thesis will then chart the circumstances of the District Action Task Force of the National Front Hodonín, what lead to its creation, history of its activity and the reasons for its eventual downfall.
