Abstract:
Práce hledá odpověď na otázku, zda existuje, či se alespoň vyvíjí právo oběti na potrestání pachatele a zda by existovat mělo. Součástí této práce je analýza evolutivního výkladu Úmluvy, reakce na tento výklad prováděný Evropským soudem pro lidská práva u odborné veřejnosti a postup vzniku nových lidských práv. Abstract:
The thesis seeks for an answer to the question, whether there is a victim’s right to enforce the punishment of the offender, or at least whether it is evolving and if it should even exist.
