Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou právní regulace změny smlouvy na veřejnou zakázku bez nutnosti zahájení nového zadávacího řízení. Práce obsahuje praktický pohled na vymezení pojmu podstatná změna smlouvy. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of legal regulation of public contract modification without necessity of initiation new awarding procedure. The thesis contains a practical view on the definition of the substantional modification of public contract.
