Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá strukturální analýzou trhu práce České republiky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit souvislost mezi náklady práce a nezaměstnaností v České republice. Přínosem této bakalářské práce by mohlo být její využití jakožto podkladu pro hospodářsko-politické rozhodování v oblasti trhu práce. Teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretické pojmy a použité statistické metody. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu mezi náklady práce a nezaměstnaností a dále analýzu vztahu mezi HDP a nezaměstnaností.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the structural analysis of the Czech labor market. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the relationship between labor costs and unemployment in the Czech Republic. The contribution of the thesis could be its use as a basis for economical-political decision-making.in the labour market. The theoretical part defines the basic theoretical concepts and used statistical methods. The practical part contains the analysis of the relationship between labor costs and unemployment and an analysis of the relationship between GDP and unemployment.
