Použitím moderního datového zdroje Google Trends přináší tato práce nový přístup k predikování cen na trhu nemovitostí v České republice. This paper introduces a new approach to predicting prices on the housing market in the Czech Republic by using a modern source of data Google Trends. To evaluate predictions, we first estimate models based only on standard data provided by statistical institutes and then we estimate models using also data on user activity in Google search engine.
