Tématem mé bakalářské práce jsou fondy rizikového kapitálu. Je to stále málo využívaná forma externího financování, která je poskytována mimo bankovní sektor skupinou privátních investorů. The subject of my bachelor’s work are Funds of venture capital. It is a little used form of external financing still, which is provided outside the banking sector, a group of private investors. Funds of venture capital enter to companies and increase their basic capital. I would like to explain how the principle works, what is the funds structure and process of investment.
