Při rozhodování o investici je přirozené, že se snažíme získat co nejvíce informací. Pokud se rozhodujeme investovat do koupi podniku, je tato snaha umocňována výší předpokládaného výdaje. K tomu, aby investovaný obnos přinesl očekávaný výnos je zapotřebí znát nejenom kupní cenu nabízenou prodávajícím, ale také historii podniku, předpoklady daného odvětví a celého hospodářství. Es ist natürlich, dass wir uns im Vorfeld einer Investitionsentscheidung bemühen, möglichst viele Informationen zu gewinnen.
