Nursing process in the care of a woman before and after abdominal hysterectomy

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma abdominální hysterektomie. Abdominální hysterektomie se v dnešní době dělá pouze v indikovaných případech. Je snaha dnešní doby nahradit abdominální operace, laparoskopickým způsobem, protož je to šetrnější pro ženu. V teoretické části je popsána dopodrobna abdominální hysterektomie, péče o ženu před a po operaci. V oddílu abdominální hysterektomie je popsána historie, indikace, provedení a komplikace anestézie, způsob provedení - laparotomie, komplikace intraoperační a pooperační a je zde i studie ze zahraničí. V oddílu péče před operací je detailně popsána dlouhodobá, krátkodobá a bezprostřední péče před výkonem. V tomto oddílu je také zahrnut rozdíl mezi plánovaným a urgentním výkonem. V posledním oddílu je detailně popsána péče o ženu po operaci. V praktické části je popsán a vytvořen ošetřovatelský proces u vybrané ženy. Cílem práce je vytvořit a popsat ošetřovatelský proces u ženy před a po abdominální hysterektomii. Součástí je určení ošetřovatelských diagnóz dle NANDA-I taxonomie II, sestavení intervencí, následná jejich realizace a hodnocení. Získána data byla získaná formou rozhovoru se ženou a zdravotnickým personálem z gynekologického oddělení, fyzikálním vyšetřením, nahlížením do zdravotnické dokumentace a pozorováním.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is focused on the topic of abdominal hysterectomy. Nowadays, abdominal hysterectomy is done only in indicated cases. Nowadays, there is an effort to replace abdominal surgery with a laparoscopic method, which is why it is more gentle for the woman. The theoretical part describes detailed abdominal hysterectomy, care of the woman before and after the operation. In the abdominal hysterectomy section, the history, indications, execution and complications of anesthesia, method of execution - laparotomy, intraoperative and postoperative complications are described, and there is also a study from abroad. In the preoperative care section, long-term, short-term and non-preoperative care is described in detail. Also included in this section is the difference between single and urgent performance. In the last section, the care of a woman after surgery is described in detail. In the practical part, the nursing process for a selected woman is described and created. The goal of the work is to create and describe the nursing process for a woman before and after abdominal hysterectomy. It includes the determination of nursing diagnoses according to NANDA-I taxonomy II, the creation of an intervention, their subsequent implementation and evaluation. The obtained data was obtained in the form of an interview with the woman and medical staff from the gynecology department, physical examination, inspection of the medical documentation and observation.
