Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo objasnit problematiku patogeneze Bordetella pertussis. Charakterizovala jsem etiologické agens černého kašle, historii, morfologii, vlastnosti a kultivaci. Dále jsem popsala faktory virulence a zaměřila jsem se na popis patogeneze černého kašle. Nakonec jsem uvedla i možnosti laboratorní diagnostiky a možnosti léčby.
Abstract:
The aim of this study was to clarify the issue of pathogenesis of Bordetella pertussis. I characterized the etiological agent of whooping cough, history, morphology, properties and cultivation. I also described the virulence factors, and I focused on describing the pathogenesis of whooping cough. Finally, I pointed out the possibilities of laboratory diagnostics and treatment options.
