Guild of Winemakers Autentisté, with Traditional Methods to Interesting Wines
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské diplomové práce s názvem Sdružení vinařů Autentisté, tradičními postupy k zajímavým vínům, je představit sdružení Autentisté a jejich postupy výroby přírodních vín. Snahou bylo popsané postupy zařadit do historického kontextu. Vinaři se snaží o návrat k tradičním metodám ve vinařství a vinohradnictví.
Abstract:
The goal of the present thesis entitled Guild of Winemakers Autentisté, with Traditional Methods to Interesting Wines, is to present guild Autentisté and their ideology of natural wine production. The purpose of the thesis is to place the selected approach in historical context. The winemakers attempt to return to traditional methods of winemaking.
