Práce je zaměřena na vztahy mezi ochranou spotřebitele a ochranou hospodářské soutěže. Vedle ochrany hospodářské soutěže a jednoho z jejích hlavních cílů v podobě spotřebitelského blahobytu budou analyzovány i (proti)soutěžní dopady některých aktuálních regulací trhu, stejně jako vybrané normy ochrany spotřebitele a jejich vliv na kvalitu hospodářské soutěže. The thesis is focused on relationships between consumer protection and the protection of competition. To cover the topic universally, I decided to deal not only with the competition law and its main goal, protection of consumer welfare, but also to analyse some other ways of current market regulation.
