Abstract:

Gennady Brilyankov. Poptávka po nízkonákladových hotelech v Praze. [Bakalářská práce]. Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2015. 63 stran. Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice nízkonákladových hotelů v Praze a poptávce po službách nízkonákladových hotelů. Téma je velmi aktuální, protože hotely čelí velké konkurenci, a cena je velmi důležitým faktorem při rozhodování klienta hotelu. Nízkonákladové hotely byly vybrány jako zajímavý segment pro zkoumání zejména proto, že se jedná o poměrně novou tendenci na trhu hotelových a ubytovacích služeb. V práci byla provedená analýza teoretických východisek z oblasti ubytování v České republice, poptávky po hotelům ze strany zákazníků z jiných měst České republiky a zahraničí a porovnání nízkonákladových hotelů v Praze. Jako další analýza byla zvolená deskripce, rozhovor s manažery hotelů v Praze a analýza těchto rozhovorů. Používá se syntéza pro propojení teoretických poznatků s praktickými. Cílem práce je zjistit tendencí vývoje poptávky zahraničních a domácích turistů po nízkonákladových hotelech v České republice se zaměřením na hostely, 1* a 2* hotely.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to low-cost hotels in Prague and the demand for the services of low-cost hotels. The topic is very up-to-date, because the hotels are facing stiff competition and price is an important factor in determining the client's hotel. Low cost hotels were selected as an interesting segment for exploration mainly because it is a relatively new market trend of hotel and accommodation services. The work was carried out analysis of the theoretical background in the field of accommodation in the Czech Republic, demand from customers to hotels in other cities of the Czech Republic and abroad, and comparing low-cost hotels in Prague. As a further analysis of the selected description, there are interviews with managers of hotels in Prague and analysis of these interviews. Synthesis is used to connect theoretical knowledge with practical. The aim is to detect trends in the demand of foreign and domestic tourists for low-cost hotels in the Czech Republic with a focus on hostels, 1 * and 2 * hotels.
