Cieľom bakalárskej práce je určiť najbežnejšie metódy, ktoré používajú 4-hviezdičkové a 5-hviezdičkové hotely v Prahe na školenie a rozvoj svojich zamestnancov v oblasti komunikácie. The aim of the thesis is to determine the most common methods used by 4-star and 5-star hotels in Prague to train and develop their employees in communication.
