Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na úpravu nájmu prostoru sloužícího podnikání v novém občanském zákoníku. Pojednána jsou především vybraná ustanovení, které přinášejí změny v porovnání se stávajícími právními předpisy. Práce dále rozebírá jednotlivé otázky především s ohledem na jejich praktické dopady a poukazuje přitom na zásadní oblasti, kterými by se měli budoucí pronajímatel i nájemce zabývat.
Abstract:
This thesis “Lease of Business Premises” is focused on the lease of the non-residential premises, as it is regulated by the new Civil Code. It mainly deals with the selected provisions, mainly those, which set out the changes to the current legal regulation.
