Legal Minimum Training for Commercial Security Industry Staff

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce obeznamuje s problematikou právních aspektů jako důležitou součástí výkonu jednotlivých povolání v průmyslu komerční ezpečnosti. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje dílčí profese, stručný obsah jejich náplní a nejčastější rizikové situace, se kterými se tyto profese setkávají. Následně nejdůležitější částí je úprava právního rámce, který by měl každý zaměstnanec mít na zřeteli. V praktické části byly vytvořeny fiktivní společnosti (Švestka a Trezor) a prostřednictvím nich došlo k popsání jednotlivých modelových situací, se kterými se pracovníci společností nejčastěji setkávají při výkonu svých profesí.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis disseminate the legal aspects of the issue as an important part of the exercise of the various professions in the commercial security industry. The work is divided into theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the partial professions, a brief s ynopsis of their contents and the most common risk situations to which these professions face. Consequently, the most important part is to regulate the legal framework that would give each employee to keep in mind.In the practical part were created fictitious ompanies (Švestka and Trezor) and through which there was a description of each model situations with which company employees often encounter Safe, in the exercise of their profession.
