Abstract:
Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení optimalizace enzymatického štěpení na proteinovém vzorku s následnou LC-MS/MS analýzou. Enzymatické štěpení je důležitým krokem přípravy proteinového vzorku, jehož provedení ovlivňuje úspěšnost výsledku proteomické analýzy. This thesis focuses on the assessment of optimization of protein enzymatic digestion followed by subsequent LC-MS/MS analysis.
