Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá použitím -cyklodextrinu v elektrochemické analýze organických látek, zejména látek fenolických. Teoretická část práce pojednává o využití beta-cyklodextrinu jako modifikátoru uhlíkových pastových elektrod, dále popisuje flavonoidy a hlavně hesperidin, který byl používán v průběhu stanovení. Dále jsou popsány metody stanovení cyklická a square wave voltametrie. V praktické části byla připravena uhlíková pastová elektroda modifikovaná beta-cyklodextrinem a byly optimalizovány parametry analýzy pro stanovení hesperidinu.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with the use of -cyklodextrin in the electrochemical analysis of organic substances, especially phenolic compounds. The theoretical part describes the use of beta-cyclodextrin as a modifier of carbon paste electrodes. It also destribes flavonoids, particularly hesperidin, which was used during the determination. Cyclic and square wave voltammetry techniques are described. In the practical part, the carbon paste electrode modified with beta-cyclodextrin was prepared and the experimental conditions for the determination of hesperidin were optimized.
