Anotácia:

V mé bakalářské práci: „Tresty, trestání se zaměřením na výjimečný trest“ popisuji tresty a trestání na území České republiky, od dob proměny historie až po současnost. Popisuji počátky trestání Constitutio criminalis Theresiana, stupně mučení hrdelního řádu, boží soudy, život katů a způsoby mučení odsouzených, příběh Jana Mydláře, popisuji vývoj až do nynější doby trestu a trestání v České republice. Jedním z nejdůležitějších pojmů však pro mě zůstává trest smrti. Dotazníkovým šetřením získávám od respondentů zajímavé názory na znovuzavedení trestu smrti v České republice. V rozhovoru s panem JUDr. Janem Liegertem líčím čtenářům pozoruhodné vypravování, poznatky a zkušenosti pana doktora, které získal ve své praxi.

Abstract:

In my thesis “Crime punishment and sentencing with focus on the death penalty” I describe kinds of punishment and sentencing in Czech Republic throughout its history until the present time. I further elaborate on early beginnings of sentencing Constitutio criminalis Theresiana, degrees of the guttural order, divine judgements, lives of the hangmen and the torture methods of the convicts, story of executioner Jan Mydlar. I depict an evolution of various methods of punishment of the past until today in Czech Republic. One the most important concepts for me is the death penalty. Conducting a survey helped me to collect very interesting opinions on reinstating the death penalty in Czech Republic. In an interview with JUDr. Jan Liegert I present a remarkable narrative, insights and experience of doctor Liegert acquired along his long career.
