Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se bude zabývat krizovým managementem a vnitropodnikovou komunikací. Ve spolupráci se společností BD Audit bude provedena analýza vnitropodnikové komunikace a analýza krizového řízení. V rámci těchto analýz bude kladen důraz na odhalení slabých míst a na vytvoření návrhů jejich řešení.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis is going to cover topic of crisis management and internal communication. In cooperation with the company BD Audit are going to be processed analysis of internal communication and analysis of crisis management in the given company. During this analysis there is going to be a special focus on finding the weak spots and presenting ideas of solving this issues.
