Vzájomné práva a povinnosti manželov

Abstract:
In my work I have closely referred into the family law field. I have pointed out the family as a whole. In particular, I have focused on marriage and the mutual rights and obligations of spouses during marriage and after the marriage. Objective of this work has been to define the term of mutual rights and obligations of spouses, to bring its meaning to individuals and to characterize it.
Abstract:
Vo svojej bakalárskej práci som hlbšie nahliadla do oblasti rodinného práva. Poukázala som na rodinu ako takú. Hlavne som sa zamerala na manželstvo a vzájomné práva a povinnosti manželov počas manželstva a po ukončení manželstva. Cieľom bakalárskej práce bolo definovať pojem vzájomné práva a povinnosti manželov, priblížiť jeho význam jednotlivcom a charakterizovať ho.
