Design of energy-saving wooden building

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem energeticky úsporné dřevostavby s využitím přírodních materiálů. Rodinný dům je navržen v obci Kostelec u Zlína pro 4 – 5člennou rodinu. Objekt je dvoupodlažní bez podsklepení s plochou vegetační střechou a pochozí terasou nad garáží. Fasáda je v 1NP řešena šedou omítkou, ve 2NP je provětrávaný dřevěný obklad. Dispozičně je objekt vyřešen jako 5+1 se třemi koupelnami, konstrukčně se jedná o rámovou dřevostavbu z KVH hranolů. Dům je založen na základových pasech. V návrhu byly vytvořeny a posouzeny tři skladby konstrukcí z pohledu tepelně technických vlastností a poté porovnány v rámci jejich ceny. Celkový rozpočet byl sestaven z nejvhodnější varianty skladeb. Součástí práce je projektová dokumentace pro stavební řízení dle platné legislativy.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the design of energy-saving wooden building using natural materials. The family house is designed in the village of Kostelec u Zlína for a family of 4-5 members. The building has two floors without a basement with a flat vegetation roof and a walking terrace above the garage. The facade on the 1st floor is covered with gray plaster, on the 2nd floor there is a ventilated wooden cladding. The layout of the building is 5 + 1 with three bathrooms, structurally it is a frame wooden building made of KVH prisms. The house is based on the base passages. In the design, three construction compositions were created and assessed from the point of view of thermal technical properties and then compared within their price. The total budget was compiled from the most suitable variant of compositions. Part of the work is project documentation for building permit according to applicable legislation.
