Possibilities of using ultrasonography in urgent care

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možnostmi využití ultrasonografie v urgentní péči. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena především na základní historické souvislosti využití ultrasonografie v medicíně, fyzikální podstatu a technologická řešení ultrasonografické techniky využitelné v diagnostice vybraných akutních stavů. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu využití ultrasonografie v diagnostice akutních stavů a na návrh implementace ultrasonografie do vozů Zdravotnické záchranné služby. Další část práce je zaměřena na získání názoru odborné veřejnosti na problematiku využití ultrasonografie v přednemocniční péči.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the possibilities of using ultrasonography in urgent care. The theoretical part of the work is focused primarily on the basic historical context of the use of ultrasonography in medicine, the physical essence and technological solutions of ultrasonographic techniques usable in the diagnosis of selected acute conditions. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the current state of use of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute conditions and on the design of the implementation of ultrasonography in emergency medical vehicles. Another part of the thesis is focused on obtaining the opinion of the professional public on the issue of using ultrasonography in pre-hospital care.
