Optimizing Inventory Management in Selected Company
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje řízení zásob ve vybraném firmě za období 2015 2016. Na základě zvoleného postupu zkoumání a vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy navrhuji optimální postup k zajištění efektivního řízení oběžného majetku dané firmy vedoucí ke zlepšení stávající situace.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyzes the inventory management in the chosen company in the period 2015 - 2016 and on the basis of the selected examination procedure and selected indicators of financial analysis proposes the optimal procedure for ensuring efficient ma-nagement of the current assets of the company leading to the improvement of the current situation.
