Ku vzťahu filozofickej a právnej hermeneutiky

Relation of Philosophical and Legal Hermeneutics
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to characterize the contribution of filosofical hermeneutics (of H.-G. Gadamer) to the development of modern legal hermeneutics. In addition to introduction of main interpretative methods of legal hermeneutics the thesis is focused on hermeneutic understanding and hermeneutic categories (especially pre-understanding).
Abstract:
Cieľom diplomovej práce je charakterizovať, v čom prispela filozofická hermeneutika (hermeneutika H.-G. Gadamera) k rozvoju modernej právnej hermeneutiky. Okrem exkurzu do hlavných smerov a interpretačných metód právnej hermeneutiky sa pozornosť zameriava na problematiku hermeneutického rozumenia a hermeneutických kategórií (predovšetkým predporozumenia).
