Bakalářská práce se zabývá právními aspekty horské cyklisty v přírodě, zejména z pohledu provozovatelů singletracků. První část se věnuje vymezení základních pojmů souvisejících se singletracky. The bachelor thesis deals with the legal aspects of mountain biking in the nature, especially from the operator’s perspective.
