Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesu vymáhání směnečných pohledávek v nalézacím řízení. Do práce je zahrnutá právní úprava směnečného platebního rozkazu do 31. 12. 2012 i právní úprava účinná od 1. 1. 2013. Nedílnou součástí práce je stručná analýza zahraniční úpravy právního institutu směnečného platebního rozkazu. Jedná se o právní řád Rakouska, Německa, Francie a Lichtenštejnska. Cílem práce …more
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the process of enforcement of the promissory notes receivable in the adjudicatory proceedings. Work includes legal regulation of bill payment procedure valid to 31.12.2012 and legal regulation effective from 1.1.2013.
