Práci mám rozdělenou na dvě části. V té první (teoretické) jsem nejprve nastínila prameny práva k dané problematice, poté se zaměřila na obecné aspekty zrušení společnosti s likvidací (obecné důvody zrušení, likvidátor, insolvenční řízení), specifika zrušení společnosti s likvidací u jednotlivých typů obchodních společností a nakonec se věnovala zrušení společnosti bez likvidace.
