Abstract:
To work is to explain the concept of destruction and describe the legal adjustment of the winding up of the company in which all the formalities of the liquidation of the company will be included. Analysis of the course of the liquidation, the liquidator and the demise of the position and authorized persons of the company as a body of law.
Abstract:
Cieľom práce je vysvetliť pojem likvidácia a popísať právnu úpravu likvidácie obchodnej spoločnosti v ktorej budú zahrnuté všetky náležitosti spojené z likvidáciou spoločnosti. Analýza priebehu likvidácie, postavenia a oprávnené osoby likvidátora a samotného zániku obchodnej spoločnosti ako subjektu práva.
