Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na proměnu manažera od počátku manažerské profese až po 21. století. Zabývá se nejprve historickými poznatky o vývoji manažera, jeho chování a postavení ve firmě vlivem změny doby. V práci se potom autorka věnovala popisu trendů 21. století a samotným manažerem 21. století, který se těmto trendům a změnám přizpůsobuje. This bachelor thesis focuses on the change of managers from the beginning of management as a profession to the 21st century. At first, it discusses historical findings concerning the development of managers, their behaviour, and their position in companies as a result of time changes.
