Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku Systému jednotného tarifu, který je na železnici v České republice od roku 2020 a umožňuje uživatelům železniční dopravy přestupovat libovolně mezi třinácti vybranými dopravci. Diplomová práce se zabývá teoretickými aspekty z oblasti železniční dopravy a druhy tarifů. Další část práce je zaměřena na spotřebitelské šetření formou dotazníku, které má za úkol zjistit názory cestujících právě na Systém jednotného tarifu. V dalších částech práce jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení Systému jednotného tarifu, které vyplývají z dotazníkového šetření, a jejich zhodnocení.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of the Unified tariff system, which has been on the Czech Republic railways since 2020 and allows users of rail transport to transfer freely between thirteen selected carriers. The diploma thesis deals with theoretical aspects of railway transport and types of tariffs. The next part of the thesis is focused on a consumer survey in the form of a questionnaire, which aims to find out the opinions of passengers on the Unified tariff system. In other parts of the work, proposals for improving the Unified tariff system, which result from the questionnaire survey, and their evaluation are presented.
